Gault&Millau's review 2026

Originally built in 1903, the Eden Rose Grand Hôtel has passed through more than a century of history before being completely renovated and reborn in the heart of Bormes-les-Mimosas, one of France's most beautiful medieval villages. Perched on the mountainside of this listed village, where the President of the French Republic resides, the 4-star hotel boasts 43 rooms and suites overlooking the Mediterranean and the Îles d'Or. This building steeped in history also boasts a panoramic outdoor infinity pool, a 550 m² Mona spa and the Eden Flow restaurant, which celebrates Provencal cuisine using local produce. Green Key label and CSR Trophy.
