Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just 40 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and at the gateway to the Luberon Regional Nature Park, this 5-star hotel offers 20 rooms and suites on a 12-hectare Provencal estate where olive trees, pines, oak, cypress and lavender grow side by side. The sober rooms open onto nature and overlook the nearby golf course. The spa offers signature Phytomer treatments, a hammam, a sauna and an indoor pool heated to 29 degrees all year round. As for the restaurant, it celebrates local Provencal produce, with vegetables from the estate's organic kitchen garden and extra-virgin olive oil pressed on site every November.
