Gault&Millau's review 2026

Just a few kilometers from Saint-Émilion, whose vineyards have been a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1999, D'Émilion de Sens offers a radically different formula from the classic hotel business: private wood and glass lodges nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with no traditional reception but a luxury dematerialized concierge service. Each unit has a private Jacuzzi on a panoramic terrace. Massages and tastings are available on site. The architecture, with its clean lines, is discreet, leaving the vineyard to occupy the entire visual field. This is an address for those who want to be in the vineyards without compromising on comfort - and who don't need a hotel lobby to feel welcome.
