In Ludon-Médoc, less than 25 km from Bordeaux, the wine estate, whose origins date back to the 13th century, is set to become a renowned wine tourism destination. Under the impetus of Gérard Jicquel, founder of the Beautiful Life Hotels group, the 50-room, 4-star hotel will see the light of day by autumn 2025. Designed by Bordeaux architect Olivier Chadebost, the project combines tradition and modernity, with a building featuring flowing lines, a green roof and harmonious integration into the landscape. Facilities will include a spa, a 168 m² swimming pool, two rooftops and a bistronomic restaurant. This ambitious project aims to offer an immersive experience combining heritage, well-being and gastronomy, making Château d'Agassac a benchmark for wine tourism in the Médoc.
