Gault&Millau's review 2026

Since its opening in the summer of 2025, Bikube has become a rallying point for Montpellier's new guard. The "coliving" concept is expressed in a highly successful lifestyle version, with a skilful blend of second-hand furniture and metal structures softened by lush vegetation. Guests come for the energy of a place that refuses to choose between a transient hotel and a shared home.
