Outstanding Hotel Le Bœuf Couronné, one of the oldest and most famous meat restaurants in Paris, needs no introduction. Less well known, however, is the fact that, since 2017, this legendary venue has been home to a hotel that's sure to please. Ideally located just a stone's throw from the Parc de la Villette, the Zenith, the Cité de la Musique and the Philharmonie, it boasts 42 rooms (including 8 communicating rooms for families) featuring natural materials - wood, leather, marble and earthenware - and hushed comfort, designed by interior architect Fabrice Ausset. In spring, the garden terrace is open to guests from breakfast onwards, but here it's impossible to miss the delights of the restaurant, which has been delighting its faithful since the 1930s in an authentic Parisian brasserie atmosphere.
