Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the medieval town of Obernai, this former imperial estate of the Barons of Gail is now one of the region’s most sought-after destinations. The main reason for this lies in its location, as guests enter the hotel as if stepping into a neighborhood of the town. The 54 rooms and suites are spread across a dozen historic houses arranged around two small courtyards filled with flowers. Or take the spa, which invites guests to relax with its pool, hammam, and view of the large flower-filled garden. A unique place, full of surprises and charm, complemented by service that is as efficient as it is warm.
