A first nose of esters with notes of varnish and pear, then spices arrive with pepper and ginger, accompanied by freshly roasted coffee. The palate is interesting, combining power and freshness. Good length with tobacco and nuts. A rum that needs to air out quietly in your glass to be fully appreciated.
