It has a delicate bouquet of cane juice, mango, jasmine and sweet spices. On the palate, it's round and generous, with present but well-integrated alcohol. Dried fruit aromas are accompanied by a saline edge that gives a pretty dynamic finish. The finish is long, with fruity, floral and spicy aromas. A complex, elegant rum.
