The nose takes us to the beach with notes of vanilla and monoi. Hints of tobacco and orangette are also present. On the palate, the attack is suave, with the tannins of the cask marking the finish and giving an impression of licorice stick. The fruit then comes through, with a very spicy cinnamon finish. A full-bodied but balanced rum.
