A rum from a new brand. Produced in Guadeloupe from pure cane juice, it is the perfect expression of cane, with a nose of flowers and fruit, fresh pineapple and lemon, enhanced by white pepper. On tasting, the texture is light, with enveloping notes of currants and dried fruit that last. A gourmet treat that's equally enjoyable neat or in a cocktail.
