A punch with an indulgent nose of sugarcane combined with vegetal notes of bell bell pepper, followed by green and red chillies. On the palate, there's no excessive heat, even though the chillies awaken the taste buds with a light texture that refreshes the whole. Floral notes add complexity. The spicy length doesn't let go and whets the appetite. Try it with fish.
