Finished in sauternes casks, this rum gives us an initial impression of sweetness and saltiness. Aromas of curry and pine accompany buckwheat honey, chocolate and prune. On the palate, the barrel ageing makes itself felt with notes of coconut and dried apricot, before the sweetness takes over like a pretty canelé for snacking. A long, elegant finish of sweetness and spice.
