Made with French cream, cocoa liqueur, homemade cane sugar syrup and old Guadeloupe rum aged in old Cognac barrels, this cream carries us away with well-defined aromas for each of its ingredients. Fruity, vanilla, roasted and intense. Enjoy it at the end of a meal or, why not, instead of the traditional custard that accompanies chocolate fondant.
