Pastry Mathieu Arthaud opened the doors of the boutique, within the shopping center in November 2014. This young pastry chef had already accumulated solid experience in palaces over a period of 10 years. Working with fine produce in his hometown was a dream he was finally able to realize. The aesthetics of his production and the variety of his range give a boost to local delicacies: vacherin, revisited paris-brest, classic chocolates, ice creams and sorbets... Pastry classes in small groups extend the pleasure.
