Cédric, the third generation of Yvers to plunge into pastry-making, has a mind bursting with ideas for fragrant, fruity and elegant recipes. With his father, he opened a shop-atelier-museum, an atypical place centered around chocolate and macaroons. The products benefit from his expertise, and are delicate and beautifully flavored.
