We've known him under the name "Légèrement sucré", but now he's opened a new boutique bearing the initials of his creator Yoann Quinquenel, who at the age of 22 is opening his first store devoted to pastries, but also to chocolate. Already featured are the vanilla flan, not cheap at €3.90, but a tasty slice, the chocolate éclair, the choco-cara, the lemon tart, the chocolate tart with its moist almond.
