A new wine shop has opened on the street, though the owner is no stranger—Nicolas Perrin has been running the bar of the same name on Rue Saint-Michel for ten years. The focus is naturally on natural wines, winemaker’s wines, and wines from friends. A fine selection of wines from all over, with strong regional representation and plenty of new discoveries to be made—including spirits and craft beers.
