Wine merchant Eric and Charlotte Quiret are creative in the organization of their 600 or so references, classified by type of wine. These include the Plaisir, Festive and Prestige ranges. A good choice of magnums, jeroboams and a fine selection of foreign wines. French references are impeccable, with a few favorites (Domaine Gayda in Languedoc, Casabianca in Corsica, Mossé Anjous).
