Founded some thirty years ago by Michel Van Den Casteele, in the heart of the Flemish countryside, this company specializing in artisanal ice creams has never changed its philosophy, continuing to source most of its milk and fruit from the North of France. A vast range of (excellent) ice creams and frozen desserts, with designs that can be fully customized according to the customer's wishes. A dozen stores throughout the department.
