Wine merchant Created by people with a passion for fine food for people who love good food, this original all-in-one concept offers a true gourmet experience! Valentine et Hugo (https://valentineethugo.com) is both a wine cellar with over 100 references, half of which come from Burgundy, and a wine bar with self-composed boards, where it's wise to make a reservation. It's also a boutique full of discoveries (Tomme aux fleurs, genuine Époisses fermier, Carron, an excellent ham knuckle, Porcayou...) open Tuesdays, from 4pm to 7pm, and Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 11am to 7pm (non-stop). This is the perfect place for gourmets to eat in or take away. Let Valentine and Hugo guide you in filling your glass, plate or basket. Experts in taste, they put the spotlight on products from France and Burgundy-Franche-Comté, telling you the story of the producers whose philosophy they share.
