A project of MOF Emmanuel Ryon and Olivier Ménard, this superb boutique offers artisanal ice creams and beautiful frozen pastries. The quality of the products and the great technique at work explain the success of the house; and we come back for the ice creams with smoked chocolate, walnut oil, neroli pistachio, wild Colombian pollen or black cardamom coffee; pastries like the citrus charlotte and the millefeuille de glaces.
