Roaster A quality address divided into two stores on either side of Rue Alphonse Baudin. On one side, the coffee shop, on the other the roastery, with the big Probat roaster in the window to leave no doubt. The traditional coffee shop will delight you with its scent of freshly roasted coffee and its no-fuss, product-oriented decor. You'll discover great arabica vintages from Brazil, Ethiopia and Colombia, with some varieties changing with the harvest, and house blends each with its own distinctive taste.
