Roaster In lavender country, a renowned artisan roastery, handed down from father to son. Pascal Coste founded the business in 1991, after having worked as a roaster for other companies for over 20 years. His son Philippe took over the business, and was voted Best Roaster in France in 2010. He offers a wide choice of origins, on-site sales, machine sales and maintenance. By appointment only.
