Replacing the Chave cheese shop, the new Tonton Eustache boutique fits the bill nicely, with a cheese shop and a cellar, for a complete aperitif basket. On the shelves: saint-félicien, vieux comté, chèvres, ossau iraty, bries, tomme de Savoie, charcuterie... And a few wines (château de Fontcreuse, Pierre Cros, Chapoutier, château Simone etc.).
