A remarkable cellar, undoubtedly the most interesting on the peninsula, masterfully managed by Pierre Quessard, a native of southern Burgundy (hence the winking name) who boasts almost 1000 references, but above all the knowledge and quality of his friendly advice. He loves all wines, including natural ones, and above all he loves the winemakers he knows how to talk about with passion. A connoisseur's choice of alcoholic beverages too (discover his calva from domaine de la Mérité, for example).
