Fine grocery Tielle is a serious topic in Sète, so much so that everyone has their own addresses and preferences for this delicious, tomatoey, spicy squid tart. We have to admit that we have a soft spot for Giulietta, who puts out tielles in quantity and quality all day long (with a mozza version for non-purists, and even pizzas with the same good dough), topped with care, generous and regular, to the point of quickly becoming addicted.
