Thierry Bouvier can be found on the Place de la Rotonde, with his large boutique and gourmet kiosk right next door, where you can eat in for lunch. The artisan baker is equally adept at sweet and savoury dishes, with as many traditional recipes as creative ones, such as the "Rêve de Vienne" tart with chocolate and raspberry, the "Zaba" tart with hazelnuts, chocolate and caramel, and the "Malakua" tart with almonds, coconut and mango.
