Gelateria Thierry, head pastry chef and co-founder of the company, had some good ideas, and since then, on summer days, fans have been flocking in droves to stock up on pastries and ice creams in all flavors. The ingredients are good, with zero coloring and no artificial flavoring. Also try the cookies, which are widely available.
