Roaster
It was once one of Chamonix's most famous cafés. It now houses both a coffee roaster and a chocolate factory. The cocoa beans are processed in the basement laboratory, and the coffee is roasted in front of the customers. A must-see before shopping (beautiful decorative objects) and enjoying an incredibly smooth coffee or hot chocolate.
