Bakery Three bakeries in Clisson, Nantes and Vertou, with the same spirit of craftsmanship and quality in a well-appointed space. French flour for a crunchy Tradition baguette, organic bread and tasty specialties such as petit épeautre and khorasan. Good viennoiseries, sandwiches for lunch with local products and a pastry that doesn't stand out (a good flan, apple puff pastry...).
