The city's best-known chocolatier, also present at Les Halles, in his Faubourg Bannier boutique, obviously in the color of chocolate. Delicious creations, themes for festive events, a complete range always beautifully presented, raw or processed chocolate, bonbons, tablettes, from the best origins, and treats like "Papionella", a spread with a variety of flavors.
