On Friday mornings, at the corner of rue Gutenberg, you'll find Sébastien, a goat and pig breeder in Sail-les-Bains. Magnificent head rolls, terrines, pâté en croûte, and different varieties of goat cheese including the tasty Charolais and mini-France, at different stages of ripening.
