In a freshly-colored space, Maison Saint-Jacques offers a catering and charcuterie service, as well as small tastings on site or at trade fairs and receptions. Thierry Schryve works hard, as he does every day, to showcase the house andouillette made with veal strawberries, and to promote what has made the place such a success, alongside the traditional products of the genre.
