Chocolate factory
A fine chocolate house handed down from father to son. The house works with Valrhona and delivers a good range of creations, from local specialties to more classic ideas: "p'tits choux", "bouchons normands" with almond and praline, ganaches of course, and finally fruit jellies and macaroons.
