Cyril Coniglio, Meilleur Caviste de France 2018, and his wife Laetitia (qualified caviste and finalist in the same competition in 2022) run this new venue with great skill. 750 references of wines and champagnes, around a hundred spirits, some sixty beers... including a good selection of organic wines, all divided into 7 families of taste with the ageing time indicated on each bottle to be offered (and erasable!). In short, it's an easy and clever way to find your way around the various French and foreign grape varieties and terroirs. Thirty countries are represented and will be commented on by these enthusiasts. Cyril has been a Maître Caviste since 2020. Tasting workshops complete the offer presented by this talented couple. Wine lovers beware!
