Coffee shop By creating this unique space in the Montorgueil district, Rémi - an ambitious, multi-talented jack-of-all-trades - has turned it into a catalyst of inspiration for enlightened gourmets. After the success of 3 rue de Mulhouse from the outset, he is constantly striving to develop Rem's Coffee Shop into a genuine brand, with goodies and merchandising as representative signs of the Parisian art of living that he wants to embody. Always accompanied by Albert, his beloved Bulldog, Rémi welcomes customers from all walks of life. They share a gourmet interlude, between authentic croissant, soft-boiled egg, mouillettes and comté cheese... Brioche toasted sandwiches, banana bread, granola bowls... madeleines, cookies, squeezed juices... Surrounded by his team of baristas and hand-picked partners, Rémi intends to open other equally elegant locations, enhancing and nurturing his aesthetically polished brand.
