Importer, wholesaler and producer of prunes, Raphaël primeurs makes the most of French know-how, importing nuts roasted in France to order, dehydrated fruits and fruits processed in France according to their own recipes. Thomas Chanu and his team have a well-stocked range of products to choose from, including French hazelnuts and almonds, cashew nuts from Vietnam, pistachios from Iran, olives from France, Morocco or Greece, dehydrated mango from Vietnam, candied ginger from the Fiji Islands, vanilla and honey from Madagascar, olive spreads, antipasti, marinated artichokes and garlic, dried tomatoes and olive oils... The range of culinary aids is endless. Based at the Rungis MIN, all these exceptional delicacies are destined to enter the kitchens and laboratories of caterers, restaurateurs, patissiers, fairground vendors and delicatessens who want to work with the best. A sweet section will soon be launched, with candied fruits coated in fine chocolate, as well as a range of spices - quite a program!
