Cheese dairy Marie Quatrehomme, the first woman MOF in her category in 2000, has turned this store, with her husband, into a great cheese house. A creator, with her Reblochon à la coque, she stays as close to the product as possible, finishing the maturing process according to her customers' tastes. Creamy, fragrant pasta is available in fourme d'Ambert with coteau-du-layon, saint-nicolas (goat's cheese with a hint of thyme), comté d'alpage... Delivered direct from the producers. The choice is vast and of excellent quality.
