Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory Jérome and France Marchand are two personalities in the Morvan region. Established in Quarré-les-Tombes since 2005, their fresh waffles served on Sundays never cease to arouse the appetite of visitors and regulars alike. Waiting patiently for one's turn is the lot of all fans of their products in the summer months. But Jérôme has more than one trick up his sleeve, with the Quarré de chocolat Oxycao brand, a chocolate rich in antioxidants. It contains 70% flavonols.
