Gault&Millau's review

Bakery Beautifully baked to a golden brown, the bread is well made with quality flours, and the specials are a real crowd-pleaser, like the "tour de main aux céréales", such as the pain des Gaults, with walnuts or cereals, the khorasan, made with organic flours. Also viennoiserie, cannelés, financiers, cookies, cakes and pastries, including a beautiful tropézienne... An extensive snacking menu.
