Bakery Not content with being one of France's most renowned chocolatiers, the Pralus house is now venturing into bakery, under the direction of youngest son Ulysse Pralus. This is a production of fine farmhouse breads, fragrant with tradition and craftsmanship. The range is of course organic, with special breads that change with the seasons: olive, rye pie with honey, fruit, curry and prunes, buckwheat rice and thyme. The chain has opened a second address at 2 rue Alsace-Lorraine.
