At one of the halls' entrances, a superb stall showcases the latest arrivals and preparations, from crabs and whelks cooked with pink shrimps and raw langoustines, to gilthead bream, pike-perch, Scottish salmon and wild sea bass, as well as hake by the slice, saithe fillet and mackerel for lower prices.
