In 2014, Aurélie and Sébastien Comtesse launched a mobile fish market: “Sébastien is the son and grandson of fishermen and fishmongers. The two work as a team at “Poissonnerie Comtesse Sébastien, Toi Moi et la Mer.” ” They offer fresh, high-quality products from the coasts of Normandy and Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Depending on the season, you’ll find cod, sea bass, sole, mackerel, lobsters, langoustines, bouchot mussels… Oysters from an oyster farmer in Blainville-sur-Mer are available year-round, including on seafood platters made to order. The couple also runs a catering service. Everything is made from scratch, ranging from salmon rillettes to fish head stew and oysters in jelly.
