Chocolate factory
A chocolate factory set within an educational space designed to help visitors better understand the “bean-to-bar” process—that is, every step of production leading up to these beautifully presented treats: raw or cooked chocolate, pure or blended chocolate bars, mendiants, dried fruit, vanilla bars, plain chocolate tart, “ultra-chocolatey” fondant, and cookies or biscuits in the style of “Petit Écolier.” You can enjoy a tasting on-site with a hot chocolate or coffee, and in the summer, the menu includes ice cream sandwiches, slushies, and sorbets.
