Roaster This coffee roaster, located on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, keeps its coffee shop open all day, and offers, in addition to breakfast, a little cuisine on the go for lunch. Among the small pleasures of the house are smash burgers with fine products - Black Angus beef, matured cheddar, seaweed mayonnaise and paprika fries - and sweets to finish off, such as a hazelnut moelleux or a quince tatin.
