Pastry
Don't look for a store, there isn't one. Transactions are carried out by e-mail or telephone, and orders are picked up at the home of this pastry chef, just outside Périgueux. Pierre Gobert is a young enthusiast, a compagnon du devoir, who only makes beautiful and tasty pieces to order. The tarts, macaroons (formidable fresh mint, mandarin...) and pièces montées have frank and delicate flavors. Everything is fresh and served with great kindness.
