Gault&Millau's review

Butchery Philippe Mele's successful apprenticeship has enabled him to acquire a solid knowledge of the butcher, pork butcher and caterer trade, which he now puts into practice in his boutique in Canet-Plage, throughout the region at receptions held for major companies, and at the Aimé-Giral stadium during rugby matches.
