Since 2007, Nicolas Pépin and his wife Laure have built a solid reputation around their two boutiques in Confluence and Gambetta, combining gourmet good taste with good aesthetic sense. Winners of the trophy for the world's best praline tart in 2022, the couple have demonstrated their expertise, which they now apply to their chocolate boxes, entremets, confectionery and fruit jellies. The company also offers a catering menu.
