If it's hard to find lake fish on the fishmonger's stalls, La Pêcherie gives you the opportunity to do so directly, from March to December, at the fishery. Depending on the catch, the program includes lavaret, perch and perchot, pike-perch and pike... La Pêcherie can be found at the Novalaise market on Sundays in season.
